pour un immeuble de 10 étages utilisent CEM II 42.5R dans les colonnes et dalles, et CEM II 32.5N pour les finitions (enduits, chapes).

Ce ciment offre :

💪 Haute résistance : ≥ 52,5 MPa à 28 jours.
⚡ Prise rapide (surtout la version 52.5R).
🧱 Durabilité maximale : parfait pour les structures porteuses (poteaux, poutres, planchers, fondations profondes).
🌦️ Bonne résistance aux variations climatiques (chaleur, humidité, pluie).

👉 Il est conçu pour les ouvrages de grande hauteur ou fortement chargés.
